囊泡单胺转运体2(VMAT2)是神经内分泌细胞膜上必不可少的蛋白质,参与转运细胞内单胺类递质,在体内分布广泛。近年来,VMAT2在胰腺中的定位及生理功能初步被阐明。随着分子影像学和神经内分泌学的蓬勃发展,VMAT2作为B细胞的潜在分子标志物,在活体外利用其特异性配体,通过正电子断层扫描评价胰岛B细胞量、早期预测与诊断糖尿病的方法备受关注。该文就VMAT2与糖尿病的相关研究进展予以综述。
Vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) is an essential protein on the membrane of neuroendocrine cells. It participates in the transport of intracellular monoamine neurotransmitters and is widely distributed in the body. In recent years, VMAT2 in the pancreas in the positioning and physiological functions initially clarified. With the rapid development of molecular imaging and neuroendocrinology, VMAT2, as a potential molecular marker for B cells, utilizes its specific ligands in vitro to assess the amount of islet B cells by positron emission tomography, early prediction and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus Methods have drawn much attention. This article reviews the related research progress of VMAT2 and diabetes.
