目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素静滴对支气管哮喘小儿急性发作期血清IL-10及INF-γ水平的影响。方法:收集我院住院治疗的100例小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿奇霉素10mg/kg+5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/d。实验组则在对照组基础上给予盐酸氨溴索3 mg/kg+5 mL生理盐水,使用超声雾化器雾化吸入,15 min/次,3次/d。治疗均5 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗后,对患者热退时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、白介素-10、干扰素-γ以及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血清IL-10、INF-γ水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者IL-10、INF-γ较高,热退时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间较短,临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗效果相比,实验组(100.0%)的治疗总有效率与对照组(96.0%)相比较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素静滴能够提高支气管哮喘小儿急性发作期的临床效果,可能与其升高血清IL-10及INF-γ水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin on serum IL-10 and INF-γ levels in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 100 pediatric patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group patients given azithromycin 10mg / kg + 5% glucose injection 250mL intravenous infusion, 1 time / d. In the experimental group, ambroxol hydrochloride 3 mg / kg + 5 mL saline was given on the basis of the control group, and inhaled by atomizing atomizer at 15 min / time for 3 times / d. Treatment for 5 d for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. After treatment, the patient’s thermal back-off time, cough disappear time, pulmonary rales disappear time, interleukin -10, interferon-γ and clinical efficacy were detected and compared. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the serum levels of IL-10 and INF-γ in both groups were significantly increased after treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-10 and INF-γ in the experimental group were significantly higher , Fever back time, cough disappear time, rales disappear time is shorter, the total clinical effective rate (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group (100.0%) was higher than that of the control group (96.0%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation combined with intravenous azithromycin can improve the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma in children with acute exacerbation, which may be related to the increase of serum IL-10 and INF-γ.
