1 概述 高频小电压国际比对采用微电位计作传递标准,因为它结构简单,稳定性好和便于携带。但它是一个无源器件,所以需对其进行定度,即准确地确定其RF-DC转换差。80年代,中国计量科学研究院(NIM)研制的“高频小电压标准装置”主要用于对微电位计定度。该装置用大跨度比的逐级传递方式,在输入端进行直流替代,并采用读数比的相对测量方法消除系统误差,从而大大地提高了装置的准确度。
1 Overview High frequency and low voltage international comparison using micro-potentiometer as the transfer standard, because it is simple, good stability and easy to carry. But it is a passive device, so it needs to be calibrated to accurately determine its RF-to-DC conversion difference. 80s, China Institute of Metrology (NIM) developed “high frequency small voltage standard device” is mainly used for micro-potentiometer calibration. The device uses a large-span ratio of the level of transmission, the input DC alternative, and the use of relative ratio of readings to eliminate systematic errors, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the device.
