气液分离效果的好与差和天然气矿场集输系统生产是否能正常平稳运行紧密相关。从工艺技术角度分析了现场普遍采用的三种气液分离流程局限性,指出传统的气液分离流程模式及分离设备已不适应有水气田集输系统生产技术需求。通过现场生产实际问题,分析判断输气管线积液、水合物堵塞调压设备是使单井和集输系统生产受到影响的主要原因,提出了对应的工艺设计解决方案。应用实例表明,对原有传统气液分离流程进行因地制宜、分离设备优化组合的适应性改造方案使单井和站场集输系统生产恢复正常,效果明显,其作法对其他类似集输站场工艺流程的适应性改造具有较好借鉴意义。
The good and bad effects of gas-liquid separation are closely related to whether the natural gas gathering system can run normally or not smoothly. The limitations of the three gas-liquid separation processes commonly used in the field are analyzed from the perspective of process technology. It is pointed out that the traditional gas-liquid separation process mode and separation equipment are not suitable for the technical requirements for the production and distribution of hydropower fields. Through the actual production in the field, analysis and judgment of gas pipeline plumbing, hydrate blockage is the main reason for the production of single well and gathering and transportation system, and put forward the corresponding solution of process design. The application example shows that adapting to the original traditional gas-liquid separation process according to the local conditions and the optimal combination of separation equipment makes the production of single well and yard collection and transportation system return to normal and the effect is obvious. Adaptability of the process has a good reference.
