目的探讨MRI非对称回波三点法水脂分离-定量测定(IDEAL-IQ)技术对非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)定量诊断及分度的应用价值。方法将超声(US)检查诊断的68例NAFLD患者及50例对照者分别行3.0 T MRI IDEAL-IQ技术定量检查,测定肝脏脂肪含量,再将其分为轻度、中度、重度NAFLD组及对照组。分析US与IDEALIQ技术对NAFLD诊断及分度的一致性。结果 US诊断NAFLD患者68例(轻度36例、中度26例、重度6例),对照者50例;MRI IDEAL-IQ技术诊断NAFLD患者67例(轻度34例、中度30例、重度3例),对照者51例。二者对NAFLD的诊断及分度具有一致性(Kappa值=0.76,P<0.05)。结论 MRI IDEAL-IQ技术对NAFLD的诊断及分度与US一致,能为NAFLD提供定量影像学指标。
Objective To investigate the value of asymmetric echo echocardiography with water fractionation and quantification (IDEAL-IQ) in quantitative diagnosis and indexing of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods 68 cases of NAFLD diagnosed by US and 50 cases of controls were examined by 3.0 T MRI IDEAL-IQ technique to determine the content of liver fat, and then divided into mild, moderate and severe NAFLD group and control group Control group. Analysis of the US and IDEALIQ technology for the diagnosis of NAFLD and indexing consistency. Results Sixty-six patients (36 mild, 26 moderate, and 6 severe) with NAFLD were diagnosed in the US and 50 in the control group. Sixty-seven patients (34 mild, 30 moderate, severe, 3 cases), control in 51 cases. Both of them were consistent in the diagnosis and indexing of NAFLD (Kappa = 0.76, P <0.05). Conclusion MRI IDEAL-IQ technology is consistent with US for the diagnosis and indexing of NAFLD, which can provide quantitative imaging indexes for NAFLD.
