目的 :研究甲状腺肿瘤细胞中p5 3蛋白的表达及其与细胞凋亡和肿瘤发生、发展的关系 ,初步探讨它们在甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法 :用免疫组化EnvisionMT法检测甲状腺肿瘤细胞中 p5 3蛋白的表达 ;用TUNEL法检测甲状腺肿瘤细胞凋亡。结果 :p5 3在腺瘤组中无表达 0 0 %( 0 /3 0例 ) ,在腺癌组中阳性表达率为 2 3 3 %( 7/3 0例 ) ,表达强度 12 96± 8 3 0 ,组间比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 0 5 )。细胞凋亡在腺瘤组中阳性表达率为 16 7%( 5 /3 0例 ) ,表达强度 0 11± 0 2 9;在腺癌组中阳性表达率为70 0 %( 2 1/3 0例 ) ,表达强度 0 41± 0 42 ,组间比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :p5 3蛋白参与甲状腺癌的发生、发展。p5 3蛋白表达率和凋亡指数 (AI)可作为鉴别甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤的参考指标。
Objective: To study the expression of p5 3 protein in thyroid tumor cells and its relationship with apoptosis and tumorigenesis and development, and to investigate their diagnostic value in benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods: The expression of p5 3 protein in thyroid tumor cells was detected by immunohistochemical EnvisionMT method. The apoptosis of thyroid tumor cells was detected by TUNEL method. Results: There was no expression of p5 3 in the adenoma group (0 0%, 0 3 0). The positive expression rate of p5 3 in the adenocarcinoma group was 23 3% (7 of 30 cases), the expression intensity was 12 96 ± 8 3 0, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The positive rate of apoptosis in adenoma group was 16.7% (5/30), the expression intensity was 0 11 ± 0 2 9; in adenocarcinoma group, the positive rate was 70 0% (2 1/3 0 Cases), the expression intensity of 0 41 ± 0 42, there was significant difference between groups (P <0 05). Conclusion: p5 3 protein is involved in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer. p5 3 protein expression rate and apoptosis index (AI) can be used as a reference to identify benign and malignant thyroid tumors.
