几十年来,教师备课经历了一个使用备课本手写备课、教研组集中备课、参考“教案集”备课,到集体备课、网上备课、精品备课的过程。针对教师备课敷衍、质量不高、实用性不强的问题,以“导教案”为抓手,推进备课改革,提高教学质量。
For decades, teachers have experienced a preparatory lesson using hand-written lesson preparation, teaching and research focus on lesson planning, reference “lesson plans set ” lesson preparation, to the collective lesson preparation, online preparation, excellent lesson preparation process. Aiming at the problems of teachers’ preparation, poor quality and low practicability, the reform of lesson preparation and teaching quality are promoted by the guidance of teaching plan.
