目的 :探讨操作方便的新显色剂。方法 :采用对二甲胺基苯甲醛 (0 .5 % )和氢氧化钠溶液 (0 .5mol·L-1)为显色剂 ,分别在 40 3nm和 2 36nm波长处测定红霉素肠溶片的溶出度。结果 :红霉素溶液浓度分别在 2 0 .3~ 6 7.5 μg·ml-1(r =0 .9996 )和 5 2 .6~ 15 0 .4μg·ml-1(r =0 .9998)范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系。通过 3种显色剂进行比较 ,结果重现性好。结论 :本方法简便、灵敏 ,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To explore the new developer with convenient operation. Methods: Erythromycin enteric-coated solution was obtained at the wavelength of 40 3nm and 2 36nm by using p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (0.5%) and sodium hydroxide solution (0. 5mol·L-1) Dissolution of tablets. Results: The concentration of erythromycin in the range of 20.3 ~ 6 7.5 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9996) and 52.6 ~ 150.4 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998) Internal and absorption showed a good linear relationship. Through the comparison of three kinds of developer, the result is good reproducibility. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive, the result is accurate and reliable.
