为实现我国空间站环控生保分系统长寿命、高可靠的任务目标,既要充分重视系统的固有可靠性,又要通过及时、有效、安全的测试与维护确保系统的任务可靠性,需要做好RMS(可靠性、维修性、保障性)设计工作。结合环控生保分系统RMS工作前期理论探索和设计实践,探讨并行开展RMS工作项目的方法和技术方案,分析RMS综合权衡、可更换单元(ORU)划分、维修可靠性分配、产品可靠性和长寿命设计等方面的关键技术。
In order to realize the mission of long life and high reliability of the space station health control and subsistence system in our country, it is necessary to pay full attention to the inherent reliability of the system and ensure the reliability of the system through timely, effective and safe testing and maintenance.
