基于软硬件技术,设计了一种用于地下爆破震动信号检测及处理的系统。系统硬件部分由传感器、存储器、USB等部件组成,负责采集原始震动信号。软件部分设计了以LabWindows/CVI为平台的虚拟示波器,不仅具有传统示波器的功能,还可实现对震动信号不同方向轴分量的合成、滤波和提取震动信号初至波时间等。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠、操作简单,能够对震动信号进行检测、处理和显示。
Based on software and hardware technology, a system for detecting and processing underground blasting vibration signals is designed. System hardware part consists of sensors, memory, USB and other components, is responsible for collecting the original vibration signal. In the part of software, a virtual oscilloscope based on LabWindows / CVI is designed. It not only has the function of traditional oscilloscope, but also synthesizes axis components in different directions of vibration signal, filters and extracts the first wave time of vibration signal. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, and can detect, process and display vibration signals.
