为研究脑瘤的氧自由基化学病理,我们测定了正常人脑组织与脑瘤组织的抗氧化酶活性。结果表明抗氧化酶活性与肿瘤病理类型及恶性程度相关,呈明显规律性变化。脑膜瘤、低恶度及高恶度胶质瘤的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性依次递降,而且线粒体Mn-SOD的降低更为突出;而高恶度、低恶度胶质瘤及脑膜瘤的过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性则依次递增。
To study the oxygen free radical chemopathology of brain tumors, we measured the antioxidant enzyme activity in normal human brain and brain tumor tissues. The results showed that the antioxidant enzyme activity and tumor pathological type and degree of malignancy, showed a regular change. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in meningioma, low-grade and high-grade glioma decreased in turn, and the decrease of mitochondrial Mn-SOD was more prominent. In high grade, low grade gliomas and meninges The activity of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) increased in turn.
