选矿厂磨矿作业的能耗占全厂总能耗的45~55%,生产费用占选厂总费用的40~60%,其中能耗费和钢铁用费约为90%。因此,探讨降低磨矿能耗的途径,具有重大的实践意义。本文从磨矿机的能量平衡,来讨论节约磨矿能耗的几种途径。如用能量平衡的观点来研究磨矿过程,可认为输入磨矿机的电能耗用于以下几项: 1.使物料产生微裂缝和形成新表面; 2.耗于钢球、衬板的变形和磨损,以及磨矿时的发热、发声和产生化学变化;
Mineral processing plant grinding operations accounted for 45-55% of the total energy consumption of the plant, the cost of production accounted for 40-60% of the total cost of the plant, of which energy costs and steel costs about 90%. Therefore, to explore ways to reduce the energy consumption of grinding is of great practical significance. In this paper, from the mill energy balance, to discuss several ways to save energy consumption of grinding. If we study the grinding process from the viewpoint of energy balance, we can consider that the energy consumption of the input grinding machine is used for the following items: 1. Make the material produce micro-cracks and form a new surface; 2. Deformation And wear and tear, as well as grinding heat, voice and produce chemical changes;
