我国护理工作者们学习苏联实际行动的经验谈,对于各医院推行先进制度上是会有不少帮助的。苏联医疗上的三大制度——科主任负责制、保护性医疗制和计划治疗,扭转了以往存在于我国医务人员中的不正确的思想和作风,使工作由被动走向了主动,由散漫不负责走向了有组织、有计划,使病人由疑懼医院变成了领带医院。我国的医疗和护理工作确是有了进步,但这仅仅是开始,目前存在的缺点还非常之多,各地改进的情况参差不齐,许多经验还未总结出来；这就需要在岗位上的护理同志们加强钻研,加强学习,把所得的经验介绍出来,丰富我们的园地,使全国的护理工作都能跟着时代前进,早日走上现代的正规的道路。供应室的建立,对于医疗工作是有很大帮助的。目前国内还有不少医院没有成立供应室；有的医疗难有供应室,而不能做到全面供应。中国医科大学附属医院的供应室,成立的日子虽然不多,但作得较为全面；减轻了护士们很多事务性的工作,保证了各种无菌医疗器材的供应,使伤病员能得到及时的、安全的治疗。他们的经验是值得大家作为参考的。
