学生上学迟到,其原因总是各种各样的,有客观因素,也有主观因素。如果是因客观因素而迟到,那么我们通过为其出谋划策并通过家校沟通,是不难解决的。但是,如果问题出在学生自身身上的话,那情况可能就会大不相同了。况且有些问题很可能不是一时半会儿能解决得了的。尤其是那些因性格上的弱点而反复迟到的学生,就需要教师认真分析和诊断,在具体环境中因地制宜地制订对应的教育措施,实现从迟到到不迟到的转变。
Students go to school late, the reasons are always varied, there are objective factors, but also subjective factors. If it is late for objective reasons, then we can easily solve this problem by giving advice and communication through our school. But if the problem is with the students themselves, that may not be the case. Moreover, some problems may not be solved in a short time. In particular, those students who are late for school due to their personality weaknesses need careful analysis and diagnosis. Teachers should formulate corresponding education measures according to local conditions in their own environment so as to achieve the transition from late arrival to lateness.
