目的 :研究急性白血病细胞遗传学变化 ,以及与急性白血病亚型的关系。方法 :采用短期细胞培养法 ,G显带 ,对45例急性白血病进行细胞染色体核型分析 ,并且与急性白血病FAB分型进行相关性分析。结果 :在 45例急性白血病中 ,发现 5种共 36例染色体结构异常 ,4种为染色体相互易位 ,t( 8;2 1) 16例 ( 35 .6 % ) ,见于ANLL M2 ,M5;t( 9;2 2 ) 8例 ( 17.8% ) ,见于ALL -L1,L2 ,ANLL -M1;t( 15 ;17) 8例 ( 17.8% ) ,ANLL M3;t( 4;11) 3例 ( 6 .6 % ) ,见于ALL L1,L2 。另 1种为inv( 16 ) ,发现 1例 ( 2 .2 % )见于ANLL M4 。检出染色体数目异常 9例 ,4例 ( 8.9% ) +8见于ANLL -M2 ,M5,M6;3例 ( 6 .6 % ) 8见于ALL L2 ,ANLL M2 、M4 ;2例 ( 4.5 % ) 2 2见于ALL L3,ANLL M1。结论 :急性白血病具有多种标记性染色体改变 ,与其亚型密切相关
Objective: To study the cytogenetic changes of acute leukemia and its relationship with acute leukemia subtypes. Methods: The cell karyotypes of 45 cases of acute leukemia were analyzed by short-term cell culture and G-banding, and the association with FAB genotype of acute leukemia was analyzed. Results: Of the 45 acute leukemias, 5 were found in 36 chromosomal abnormalities, 4 were chromosomal translocations, t (8; 2 1) 16 (35.6%) were seen in ANLL M2, M5; t There were 8 (17.8%) cases of ALL-L1, L2, ANLL-M1; t (15; .6%), found in ALL L1, L2. The other one, inv (16), found 1 (2.2%) in ANLL M4. The number of chromosomal abnormalities was detected in 9 cases, 4 cases (8.9%) +8 in ANLL -M2, M5, M6, and 3 cases (6.6%) 8 in ALL L2, ANLL M2 and M4; 2 found on ALL L3, ANLL M1. Conclusion: Acute leukemia has a variety of marker chromosome changes, and its subtypes are closely related
