目的 :探究P53、C-erb B-2及Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的表达作用及其相关性。方法 :选取我院2011年1月~2014年1月收治的96例乳腺癌患者,采用酶联免疫组化法对55例患者乳腺癌组织中P53、C-erb B-2及Ki-67的表达进行检测,并采用统计学对三者之间的相关性分析。结果 :P53在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为48.9%;Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为67.7%;C-erb B-2在乳腺癌组织中的表现率为69.8%。三种指标在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达情况均与患者淋巴结转移情况、TNM分级情况有关;经Pearson相关性分析,结果 C-erb B-2与P53、Ki-67在乳腺癌组织阳性表达中呈明显正相关性;P53与Ki-67同样呈现明显正相关性。结论 :P53、C-erb B-2及Ki-67在大部分乳腺癌患者组织中呈阳性表达,其可以作为乳腺癌的一个重要的检测指标,对这三者联合进行检测对乳腺癌患者的治疗以及预后判断有着重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of P53, C-erb B-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer and its correlation. Methods: Ninety-six patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were enrolled in this study. The expressions of P53, C-erb B-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Expression was detected, and statistical analysis of the correlation between the three.
