研究不同热处理工艺对X80厚壁试板焊缝冲击性能的影响。结果表明,正火处理可以消除焊缝组织遗传性,细化晶粒尺寸,使得M/A组元细化,弥散分布在板条状贝氏体上,从而提高焊缝壁厚中心的低温冲击性能。
The influence of different heat treatment processes on the impact properties of X80 thick-walled panels was investigated. The results show that the normalizing treatment can eliminate the hereditary weld microstructure and refine the grain size, which makes the M / A group thin and disperse in the lath bainite and improve the low temperature impact performance.
