在微波测量中,测量线为重要设备。进入毫米波波段,传统的移动探针式测量钱因其尺寸小,加工困难,人们试图寻找适合于毫米波段,加工方便,精度也能满足一定要求的测量线。相移式测量线就是一个偿试。但是相移式测量线有若干问题值得讨论。 相移式测量线的基本结构为图(1)所示、图中1为偏心介质片。它转动时改变介质插入主波导中的深度。2为主波导。3付波导。4为支架。5为探针。相移式测量线的主体
In microwave measurement, the measurement line is an important device. Into the millimeter wave band, the traditional mobile probe measuring money because of its small size, processing difficulties, people trying to find suitable for the millimeter wave band, easy processing, accuracy can meet certain requirements of the measuring line. Phase-shift measurement line is a test. However, there are several problems with phase-shift measurement lines that are worth discussing. The basic structure of the phase shift measurement line is shown in Figure (1). In the figure, 1 is the eccentric medium piece. It changes the depth of insertion of the medium into the main waveguide as it rotates. 2-based wave guide. 3 pay waveguide. 4 for the stent. 5 for the probe.
