磷霉素(Fosfomycin,FOM)系1967年于西班牙从弗氏链丝菌(Streptomycec fradiae)的培养液中所发现,其构造类似磷酸丙铜酸(Phosphopyruvilc acid).本品系通过干扰转移酶而阻碍细菌细胞壁合成而产生抗菌作用的抗生素。自1981年以来,FOM在日本大量出售和广泛应用,经观察发现本品与其他抗生素联用有相乘作用.据报告,FOM对氨基糖甙类抗生素和顺铂的肾毒性有预防作用。本文就FOM治疗单纯性尿路感染和效果报告如下: 对象和方法:以1983年至1986年的门诊患者为对象,患者均系单纯性膀胱炎。对207例患者检出的212菌株用FOM进行了敏感试验。并对55例典型性和非典型性膀胱炎
