以陕西省农村初中英语教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查和座谈的形式抽样分析陕西省农村初中英语教师教育科研能力现状,得出制约群体教育科研能力发展的相关因素,并提出提高科研能力相应策略。
Taking the rural junior high school English teachers in Shaanxi province as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of junior high school English teachers’ education and research abilities in rural Shaanxi by questionnaire and informal discussion, and draws out the relevant factors that restrict the development of education and scientific research capacity of the group. .
