目的探讨澜沧江中下游地区居民点蚊类物种多样性及地理分布格局。方法2007年9-11月用CDC诱蚊灯对澜沧江5个县9个调查点的居民区进行夜间成蚊的调查取样,对所获蚊虫进行分类计数,然后对数据进行统计学分析。结果共捕获蚊虫4682只,分属6属28种(亚种)。结果分析发现,澜沧江中下游地区居民点蚊类的物种多样性与纬度梯度呈负相关(r=-0.3219),与海拔梯度显示负相关(r=-0.4238)。结论三带喙库蚊是澜沧江中下游地区居民点蚊类的优势种,中华按蚊、环带库蚊、骚扰阿蚊、致倦库蚊、美彩按蚊和棕头库蚊是该区域的常见种。蚊虫多样性与调查点所处的纬度梯度和海拔梯度有一定的联系。
Objective To explore the mosquito species diversity and its geographical distribution in the residential areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River. Methods From September to November 2007, nighttime adult mosquitoes were sampled from 9 investigation sites in 5 counties of Lancang River by CDC mosquito lamp. The mosquitoes were classified and counted, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 4682 mosquitoes were captured, belonging to 6 genera and 28 species (subspecies). The results showed that the species diversity of mosquitoes in residential areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River was negatively correlated with the latitude gradient (r = -0.3219), and negatively correlated with the altitude gradient (r = -0.4238). Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus is the dominant species of mosquitoes inhabiting in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River. Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallets, Arim mosquito, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, An. Common species. The diversity of mosquitoes is related to the latitude and altitude gradients of the survey sites.
