近二十年来,自由基的生化特性及其在生物医学中的意义和作用日益受到重视和广泛研究,对其在疾病中的作用亦有了较统一的认识。为了减轻其对机体的损害作用,许多自由基清除剂亦应时而生,并已应用于临床。氧自由基或“氧反常”与“钙反常”被认为是再灌注损伤的两大基本病理基础。本文对氧自由基的上述特点及其清除剂在心肌保护中的应用综述如下:自由基的定义和概念
In the recent two decades, the biochemical characteristics of free radicals and their significance and role in biomedicine have drawn increasing attention and extensive research, and their roles in diseases have also been relatively unanimously recognized.
