近年来铜绿假单胞菌 (ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎｅｓａｅｒｕｇｉｎｏｓａ ,简称ＰＡ)肺部感染逐年增加 ,尤其高龄人群 ,由于机体免疫力低下 ,ＰＡ成为呼吸道感染的重要致病菌 ,且治疗较困难、预后差。我院 1996年 1月～ 1999年 5月共收治此类患者 3 2例 ,报道如下。1 临床资料1.1
