目的测定槐米的花粉粒显微特征常数及化学成分芦丁含量,并研究两者的相关性。方法采用显微定量方法测定槐米粉末中的花粉粒的显微特征常数值,采用高效液相色谱法对槐米中芦丁化学含量进行测定,用统计学方法分析两组数据相关性。结果槐米中花粉粒的显微特征常数与芦丁含量为显著负相关,即槐米花粉粒越少,芦丁含量越高。结论测定槐米花粉粒的显微特征常数值,可作为其药材品质评价的有效手段之一。
Aim To determine the microscopic characteristic parameters of pollen grains and the content of rutin in chemical constituents of Sophora japonica, and to study their correlation. Methods Microscopic quantitative method was used to determine the microscopic characteristic constants of pollen grains in Sophora japonica. The content of rutin in Sophora mojavensis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The correlation between the two groups was analyzed by statistical method. Results There was a significant negative correlation between the microscopic characteristics of pollen grains and the rutin content in S. japonica. The smaller the pollen grains were, the higher the rutin content was. Conclusion The determination of the microscopic characteristic constant value of S. japonica pollen grains can be used as one of the effective means to evaluate its quality.
