本文收集整理了 1996～ 1998年 3年间我院ＣＴ及Ｘ线检查髋部创伤病人 3 1例 ,并就ＣＴ诊断的价值进行分析讨论。1 材料与方法3 1例病人中 ,男 2 6例 ,女 5例 ,男 :女 =5 .2 :1。年龄最小 6岁 ,最大 81岁 ,平均 3 3 .8岁。病程 1～ 7ｈ不等。受伤原因主要是交通事故 (车祸 ) 1
