目前,地质勘探使用的油压钻机其液压系统均配置不同型号的齿轮油泵。由于使用上的一些原因,油泵损坏较快。在报废的油泵中,我们发现大多数油泵的齿轮、轴承等零件基本完好,可以再使用,仅因铝合金泵体进油腔室磨损而整个油泵报废,这的确是个浪费。为了作到物尽其用,我们便试图修复泵体。修复泵体的困难是:泵体的材料是铝合金的,我们不能堆焊修复;又因泵体腔室几何形状特殊,不可能静配合镶套,经多次摸索,采用无机粘接镶套修复获得成功。

The difficulty of repairing the pump body is: the pump body material is aluminum alloy, we can not surfacing repair; and because of the pump chamber geometry special, can not be static with the insert sleeve, after repeated exploration, the use of inorganic adhesive insert sleeve repair Success.
