建设部城档办从一九九八年开始正式实施《城建档案馆目标管理达标升级考评办法》(建办[1997]120号)。各地以全国城建档案目标管理活动为契机,在创建国家级城建档案馆的过程中,全面提升了管理水平,使城建档案工作又跨上了一个新台阶。这项活动开展五年来,共有65个馆晋升为国家级城建档案馆,其中57个国家一级,8个国家二级,分布在21个省、自治区、直辖市。江苏省在国家级城建档案馆创建活动中名列榜首,但还有10个省(自治区)是空白点。希望在新的一年,城建档案目标管理工作继续健康、稳步发展。
Since 1998, the City Archives Office of the Ministry of Construction has formally implemented the Measures for the Examination and Evaluation of Targets, Management and Standards Upgrading of the Urban Construction Archives (Jianzuo [1997] No. 120). Throughout the country, the goal of urban construction archives management activities as an opportunity to create a national urban construction archives in the process of comprehensively upgrading the management level, so that urban construction archives work has stepped into a new level. Over the five years since its inception, a total of 65 museums have been promoted to state-level urban construction archives, of which 57 are at the national level and 8 are at the second level and are located in 21 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Jiangsu Province ranks first in the creation of the state-level urban construction archives, but there are still 10 provinces (autonomous regions) that are empty spots. We hope that in the new year, the goal of urban construction archives management will continue to be healthy and steady.
