目的 :研究Flt- 1、bFGFR、PDGFR在各期结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 :按Dukes分期将 35例结肠癌标本分组 ,应用免疫组化方法检测Flt - 1、bFGFR、PDGFR在肠癌中的表达。结果 :Flt - 1、bFGFR、PDGFR阳性表达率在DukesC2 期组为 71%、78%、6 4%和DukesD期组为 71%、71%、5 7% ,明显高于DukesB期组 ( 40 %、2 0 %、40 % )和DukesC1期组 ( 2 2 %、2 2 %、33 % ) ,差异均具显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Flt - 1、bFGFR、PDGFR阳性表达与结肠癌的转移行为有密切关系。术前检测Flt- 1、bFGFR、PDGFR在结肠癌活检组织中的表达 ,对估计结肠癌的转移情况及指导手术决策以及估计预后可能有重要价值。
Objective : To study the expression and significance of Flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR in colon cancer tissues of different stages. Methods : 35 cases of colon cancer were divided into groups by Dukes stage. The expression of Flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates of Flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR were 71%, 78%, and 64% in the DukesC2 group and 71%, 71%, and 57% in the DukesD group, which was significantly higher than that of the Dukes B group (40%). , 20%, 40%) and DukesC1 phase group (22%, 22%, 33%) showed significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression of Flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR is closely related to the metastatic behavior of colon cancer. Preoperative detection of Flt-1, bFGFR, and PDGFR in colon cancer biopsies may be of great value in estimating colon cancer metastasis, guiding surgical decision-making, and estimating prognosis.
