1985年,我们从本区采集到41个黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)菌株,先经外观评定、分离培养,在室内对母种进行湿度和高温适应性的检验,再经液体培养鉴定和生物学鉴定(瓶栽鉴定),筛选出综合指标兼优的85006菌株。1986年同外地引进的3个菌株的当地主栽品种进行比较试验,现将试验结果简报如下。
In 1985, we collected 41 strains of Auricularia auricula from this area. After being appraised by appearance, separated and cultured, we tested the parental species in humidity and high temperature indoors, and then identified by liquid culture and biological identification (Bottle identification), screening out a good combination of indicators 85006 strains. In 1986 with the introduction of three foreign strains of the local cultivars comparative test, the test results are summarized below.
