利用水溶液聚合法制备出一系列不同分子质量、不同阳离子度的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚物P(DMDAAC-AM),并对其进行红外光谱表征。考察了引发剂质量分数、pH、单体总质量分数对相对分子质量和转化率的影响,以及p H对产物溶解度的影响。将其用于辽河含油污水的絮凝试验,结果表明,阳离子度为15%,相对分子质量为430万的P(DMDAAC-AM)产品絮凝效果最好,投加量为18 mg/L,体系pH=7时,浊度去除率为93%,除油率达98%。
A series of copolymers (DMDAAC-AM) of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and acrylamide (AM) with different molecular weights and degrees of cationicity were prepared by aqueous solution polymerization.
