氟甲砜霉素是第3代氯霉素类广谱抗生素,在水产养殖中应用广泛,但是国内缺乏关于其使用后对养殖鱼类安全性方面的基础性研究。本研究用有效抑菌浓度的氟甲砜霉素对罗非鱼幼鱼进行了处理实验,用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测了不同处理时间,其重要急性期反应基因C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein)、血清淀粉样P成分(Serum amyloid P-component)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen)、转铁蛋白(Transferrin)、载脂蛋白A1(Apolipoprotein A1)和补体C3(Complement C3)表达的变化。研究发现,C-reactive protein和Serum amyloid P-component在处理2和4 h时发生了显著上调,而其他几个基因基本维持在在正常表达水平,因此认为有效抑菌浓度的氟甲砜霉素,没有给罗非鱼幼鱼带来较大生理压力,不会引起发生剧烈的急性期反应。另外在随后1周的观察中也没有发现处理过的鱼有异常状态。本研究结果为评价氟甲砜霉素对鱼类的安全性提供了参考。

In addition, in the following 1 week observation also did not find the treated fish has the abnormal condition. The results of this study provide a reference for evaluating the safety of florfenicol in fish.
