在上海锅炉厂3.5M×12.5M燃油台车式热处理炉上,采用一种新的耐火纤维粘贴方法——机械固定粘贴法。它是在软质粘土砖上,用钢板网作耐火砖和耐火纤维的衔接桥梁。同时介绍耐火纤维的“同方向直贴法”。及喷嘴口采用纤维条长边垂直于喷嘴口周边的施工方法等。实践证明:此法施工简单、施工速度快,耐火纤维粘贴情况好,外观整齐,节能效果显著,具有一定的推广价值。
In Shanghai Boiler Factory 3.5M × 12.5M fuel truck heat treatment furnace, the use of a new refractory fiber paste method - mechanical fixed paste method. It is in the soft clay brick, steel mesh for refractory brick and refractory fiber convergence bridge. At the same time introduced fire-resistant fibers, “the same direction straight paste method.” And the nozzle opening adopts the construction method that the long side of the fiber strip is perpendicular to the periphery of the nozzle opening. Practice has proved that this method has the advantages of simple construction, fast construction speed, good paste resistance of fire-resistant fiber, tidy appearance, remarkable energy-saving effect and certain promotion value.
