本文给出一种弯管和文丘里管组合结构的新型浓淡煤粉燃烧器,并分别对弯管、文丘里管和这种弯管和文丘里管组合结构燃烧器内的气固两相流动进行了数值模拟。采用Euler-Lagrange方法和离散相模型(DPM)研究气固两相流动,气相湍流采用分离涡(DES)模拟方法,固相湍流采用离散随机游动(DRW)模型。结果表明,这三种结构对10μm的小颗粒分离作用都不好,而对于大于50μm的颗粒来说,弯管和文丘里管的组合结构不仅可以实现浓淡分离,而且高浓度区域不贴壁。
In this paper, a new type of rich-lean pulverized coal burner with a combination of elbow and venturi is presented. The effects of elbow, venturi and gas-solid two-phase flow in the combustor The numerical simulation was carried out. The Euler-Lagrange method and the discrete phase model (DPM) were used to study the gas-solid two-phase flow. The gas-phase turbulence was simulated by the separation vortex (DES) method and the discrete-time random walk (DRW) model was used for the solid-phase turbulence. The results show that these three structures are not good for the separation of 10μm small particles, while for particles larger than 50μm, the combined structure of elbow and venturi not only can achieve the shading separation, but also the high concentration region does not adhere to the wall.
