90后在不断的成长,90后大学生的心理问题也逐渐体现出来。随着成长环境的日新月异,使得90后的学生们在个性上比较独特,相对独立又相互依赖;尤其在情感承受上比较脆弱,往往缺乏规划性等等。本文基于90后大学生的心理特征进行分析,并抓住90后大学生心理健康问题形成的各方面原因,尝试性提出如何改善90后大学生心理健康教育的策略,更加进一步的了解这些年轻的学生。
After 90 in the continuous growth, psychological problems of college students after 90 gradually reflected. With the ever-changing environment for growth, the post-90s students are more unique in personality, relatively independent and interdependent, especially in the emotional tolerance is more vulnerable, often lack of planning and so on. Based on the psychological characteristics of 90 postgraduates, this paper tries to find out how to improve the mental health education of postgraduates 90 and to get a better understanding of these young students by taking all factors that shape the psychological health problems of postgraduates 90.
