天东007-x10井在井深5 105 m(层位为茅一段,岩性为灰岩)钻遇CO2污染,钻井液性能遭到严重破坏。现场从“压、除、消、拓”的思路出发,当钻井液性能不稳定时,应及时正确判断钻井液是抗高温问题还是地层流体污染问题;将钻井液pH值维持在一个较小范围内波动;由钻井液处理剂产生的气泡,用柴油或者消泡剂等来调整钻井液的HLB值即可达到消泡的目的,而由酸根产生的气泡,必须先除酸根再消泡;使用适量无机盐,应用生石灰和超细水泥相结合的处理方式,不仅可以消除CO32-和HCO3-,而且能起到稳定井壁的作用;坚持补充护胶剂、降黏剂等,维持钻井液处于弱凝胶状态,解决了该井钻井液受CO2污染带来的一系列问题。
