本文在文献[1]和文献[3]的基础上对无锡动力机厂提供的11GJ及110J型涡轮增压器离心式压气机叶栅S_1流面的气动特性进行计算。计算结果分析表明:110J型叶栅气动特性优于11GJ型叶栅,与实际试验所得结果——110J型效率(74%)高于11GJ型(72%)相吻合。文章对出气角β_2、分流片环量Γ_I及栅后区长度的选取等提出自己的观点,尤其对难以估计的出气角β_2作了较详细的论述,且经多种涡轮、压气机和风机等叶轮机械的实例计算均行之有效。
Based on the literature [1] and the literature [3], this paper calculates the aerodynamic characteristics of the S_1 flow surface of centrifugal compressor cascade of 11GJ and 110J turbocharger provided by Wuxi Power Plant. The calculated results show that the aerodynamic characteristics of 110J cascade are better than that of 11GJ cascades, which is in good agreement with the actual experimental results - the 110J efficiency (74%) is higher than that of 11GJ (72%). In this paper, we put forward our own viewpoints on the exit angle β_2, the shunt ring Γ_I and the length of the back gate. In particular, it is difficult to estimate the exit angle β_2 in more detail, and after many turbines, compressors and fans Impeller machinery examples are valid.
