本文探讨了用插入法加入稀土对Fe-Mn-C系预合金钢粉性能的影响。试验结果表明:稀土的加入使粉末的压坯密度得到提高,对粉末的压坯强度也有好的影响。认为,加入稀土后增强了抗氧化性,阻碍了碳的扩散,稀土可能在基体中略有固溶等,是决定粉末压坯密度变化的因素。此外还讨论了稀土阻碍原子扩散的晶界富集机理。提出了获得较好粉末性能的稀土加入量。
In this paper, the effect of rare earth addition on the properties of Fe-Mn-C prealloyed steel powder was explored. The experimental results show that the addition of rare earth increases the compact density of the powder and also has a good effect on the green strength of the powder. It is considered that the addition of rare earth increases the oxidation resistance, hinders the diffusion of carbon, and the rare earth may slightly dissolve in the matrix, which is the factor that determines the density change of powder compact. In addition, the mechanism of grain boundary enrichment that hinders atomic diffusion by rare earths is also discussed. The amount of rare earth added to obtain better powder properties is proposed.
