Constructing a New Mechanism of Moral Education in Colleges and Universities in the SARS As a window university and an experimental university, Liang Guilin Special Zone University plays a special and important role in establishing a socialist education system with Chinese characteristics. This article tries to discuss some problems in the construction of a new mechanism of moral education in colleges and universities in the SEZ with a view to further strengthening and improving the moral education in colleges and universities in the SEZ and taking the initiative to adapt to the new era of socialist modernization.
