随着人们生活水平的提高,对营养的要求也越来越强烈,但由于对各类食物的营养的观念淡泊,造成大量营养素流失。我们呼吁,应尽量设法保护食物内的更多的营养素,用合理的烹调方式,保留住在食物内的营养,达到让人体吸收的目的。
With the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for nutrition is also getting stronger and stronger. However, due to the indifference of the concept of nutrition for various types of food, a large amount of nutrients are lost.
