支持孩子将一种游戏玩出花样、玩出名堂、玩出智慧,是幼儿教师游戏素养的重要体现。要提升这样的游戏素养,需要我们在解读、支持和助推幼儿游戏三个关键点上下功夫。一、解读幼儿,寻找简单游戏蕴含的发展契机只有读懂了孩子们的游戏诉求,才能在简单游戏中把握住发展契机,帮助孩子们玩出智慧。开学之初,班里的男孩对陀螺游戏很感兴趣,每天都聚在一起玩得热火朝天。带着“为什么简单的陀螺会让孩子们如此着迷”的疑惑,我开始观察孩子们的“疯狂游戏”并与他们细致交流。
