目的:应用脑干听觉诱发电位对胆红素致脑瘫兔的听路损害情况进行探讨。方法:对5例脑瘫兔和10例同日龄正常兔的脑干听觉诱发电位进行检测。结果:脑瘫兔组P3波出波率低于正常兔组(P<0.01);脑瘫兔听路损害的性质均呈双侧性。周围性听路损害2只耳;中枢性听路损害3只耳;混合性听路损害5只耳。结论:胆红素致脑瘫兔的脑干听觉诱发电位改变呈双侧性,听路损害为蜗后性,以混合性听路损害为主。
Objective: To study the auditory pathway damage of cerebral palsy induced by bilirubin using brainstem auditory evoked potentials. Methods: The brainstem auditory evoked potentials of 5 cases of cerebral palsy rabbits and 10 normal rabbits of same age were detected. Results: The P3 wave outflow rate in cerebral palsy rabbit group was lower than that in normal rabbit group (P <0.01). The nature of cerebral palsy rabbit ototoxicity was bilateral. Peripheral auscultation damage 2 ears; central hearing loss 3 ears; mixed hearing loss damage 5 ears. CONCLUSION: Bilirubin-induced brainstem auditory evoked potentials in rabbits with bilateral cerebral palsy are bilateral, and aural damage is atrophic retrograde, with mixed hearing loss predominating.
