目的分析宁波市成人预防接种门诊人力资源配置情况。方法对2015年宁波市辖区成人预防接种门诊开展问卷调查,包括接种量、服务人口数、服务面积和工作人员构成等人力资源配置现状,并进行加权平均联结聚类分析。结果截至2015年底,宁波市共有成人预防接种门诊160家,工作人员1 474人(兼职占90.37%),平均每家为9.21人,平均每万服务人口拥有成人预防接种人员1.93人。市区接种门诊拥有本科及以上学历、中级及以上专业技术职称、工龄≥5年的人员比例分别为68.66%、38.34%和74.93%,高于县级的59.39%、32.61%和69.29%。聚类分析结果显示,海曙、北仑、鄞州、慈溪、江东和江北为第1类地区,成人预防接种门诊的平均服务面积最小,为42.08 km~2,工作人员(12人)和门诊年接种量最多(515.76剂次),人员结构最优(本科及以上学历占71.02%、工龄≥5年占75.20%)。结论宁波市海曙、北仑、鄞州、慈溪、江东和江北地区成人接种门诊人员配置较优,象山、宁海县配置较低。
Objective To analyze the allocation of human resources in adult vaccination clinics in Ningbo. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on adult immunization clinics in Ningbo area in 2015, including the status of human resource allocation such as inoculation, service population, service area and staff composition, and cluster analysis by weighted average. Results As of the end of 2015, there were 160 adult vaccination clinics in Ningbo with 1 474 staff members (90.37% of full-time employees), an average of 9.21 persons each. There were 1.93 adult vaccination officers per 10,000 serving population on average. Urban vaccination clinics have a bachelor’s degree or above, intermediate and above professional and technical titles, the proportion of those who have worked for more than 5 years is 68.66%, 38.34% and 74.93% respectively, which is 59.39%, 32.61% and 69.29% higher than the county level respectively. The results of cluster analysis showed that Haishu, Beilun, Yinzhou, Cixi, Jiangdong and Jiangbei were the first category. The average service area of adult vaccination clinic was the smallest, 42.08 km ~ 2, the staff (12) and outpatient year inoculation Mostly (515.76 doses), the optimal structure of personnel (bachelor degree or above 71.02%, length of service ≥ 5 years accounted for 75.20%). Conclusion The configurations of adult inoculation clinic staff in Haishu, Beilun, Yinzhou, Cixi, Jiangdong and Jiangbei in Ningbo are superior, and Xiangshan and Ninghai counties are lower in configuration.
