通过对搅拌叶片上的物料进行运动学分析,结合工程流体力学相关知识,求得物料轴向和径向的速度表达式;分析单根搅拌轴推动物料运动一个轴向长度时所需旋转的角度,根据不同拌筒的长宽比,以及对旋转角度的范围要求,得出不同单轴相位角对应的搅拌臂数目;对双轴搅拌臂的不同排列形式分别进行考虑,在满足搅拌臂及叶片布置的基本原则的基础上进行筛选,最终得出合理的取值。理论分析的结果与实际应用中常用值基本吻合,为搅拌机参数的确定奠定了理论基础。
The kinematic analysis of the material on the mixing blade and the knowledge of engineering fluid mechanics were used to obtain the axial and radial velocity expressions of the material. The analysis of the rotation angle of a single agitating shaft during the axial movement of the material , According to the aspect ratio of different mixing drums and the requirements of the range of rotation angles, the number of stirring arms corresponding to different uniaxial phase angles is obtained. Different arrangements of the biaxial stirring arms are respectively considered, Based on the layout of the basic principles of screening, and ultimately come to a reasonable value. The result of theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the commonly used values in practice, which lays a theoretical foundation for the determination of mixer parameters.
