在综合素质贯穿于人才培养全过程中置入理性的哲学思维方式是综合素质的整体统一性和社会适应性的内在必然要求。当下高等职业教育综合素质的培养存在着思维的缺陷,主要表现为在培养观念上的超验性思维、在培养途径上的批判性思维以及在评价上的创新性思维的缺乏,需要建构反思的现实价值取向和创新综合素质贯穿于人才培养全过程的途径和评价体系,形成素质教育的专业化、正规化和系统化,达到知识、素质与能力的统一性和同一性。
