以Index clip(索引夹)塑件为载体,根据塑件在成型过程中的收缩特性,对Index clip塑件的结构及壁厚尺寸进行设计。通过构建塑件脱模推出时的受力平衡方程,进行塑件收缩应力分析,并转化为塑件抱紧力与脱模推出力关系的计算,再由抱紧力计算出塑件的收缩应力。24 h不同厚度A4纸的夹紧试验结果显示,该Index clip塑件能够长时间夹紧3张以内的A4纸。
Taking Index clip as the carrier, the structure and thickness of the Index clip are designed according to the shrinkage characteristics of the plastic during the forming process.
