用离体大鼠主动脉环,探讨鸡血藤乙醇提取物扩血管的作用机理,结果表明:鸡血藤乙醇提取物使Phe、KCl和CaCl2收缩大鼠血管环的量—效曲线均右移,并抑制最大效应,明显减弱Phe收缩反应中Ca2+内流依赖性部分,但对Phe所引起的依内Ca2+释放收缩部分没有明显的松驰作用,提示鸡血藤乙醇提取物扩血管的作用机理可能与细胞膜上的电压依赖性Ca2+通道或受体操纵性Ca2+通道的抑制有关
The isolated rat aortic ring was used to explore the mechanism of vasodilator effect of ethanol extracts of Spatholobus suberectus. The results showed that the ethanol-soluble extracts of Spatholobus suberectus can right-shift the volume-effect curve of Phe, KCl and CaCl2 contraction of rat vascular rings. , and inhibit the maximum effect, significantly weakening the Ca 2+ influx-dependent part of the Phe contraction response, but there is no significant relaxation effect on the Phe-induced liberation of the Ca 2+ release contraction, suggesting the mechanism of vasodilation of the ethanol extract of Spatholobus suberectus May be related to inhibition of voltage-dependent Ca2+ channels or receptor-manipulated Ca2+ channels on cell membranes
