根据我国生物质发电原材料的需求及我国的具体国情对现有枝桠粉碎机进行了改进设计:增加了抓木机械手,提高了上料的效率及自动化程度;改变了枝桠粉碎机的传动方式。增加了拖车底盘,使其能够对枝桠材率柴油机对其进行驱动,克服了现有枝桠粉碎机对电的依赖,便于枝桠粉碎机对枝桠材进行就地粉碎。
According to the demand of raw materials for biomass power generation in our country and the specific national conditions of our country, we improved the design of the existing twigs and pulverizers: increasing the manipulator of grasping wood, improving the efficiency and automation degree of material feeding; and changing the transmission mode of twigs and pulverizers. The trailer chassis is added to enable it to drive the diesel engine at the branch rate, which overcomes the dependence on the electricity of the existing branch and shredder and facilitates shredding of branches and branches by the shredder.
