目的开发源自植物的天然紫外线吸收剂,用于紫外线损伤的防护。方法对玉竹、洋葱的水提液、醇提液分别进行紫外可见光谱研究,并将黑龙江玉竹和湖南玉竹的提取液进行光谱比较,将1g黑龙江玉竹、湖南玉竹分别进行水提取和醇提取,将稀释5倍的水提液和醇提液原液,进行紫外可见光谱扫描。将20g鲜洋葱的水提液和醇提液稀释50倍,进行紫外可见光谱扫描。结果黑龙江和湖南玉竹水提液在290~400nm均有强吸收,在中波紫外线区(290~320nm),黑龙江玉竹的吸收值略低于湖南玉竹,在长波紫外线区(320~400nm),黑龙江玉竹水提液的吸收略优于湖南玉竹。黑龙江和湖南玉竹醇提液在290~400nm的吸收强度差异明显,在中波紫外线区(290~320nm),湖南玉竹醇提液有强吸收,黑龙江玉竹醇提液吸收明显显弱。洋葱的水提液仅在358nm处有强吸收,洋葱醇提液在290~400nm均有强吸收。结论玉竹水提液对中长波紫外线吸收能力明显强于醇提液。洋葱醇提液在中长波紫外线区有广谱强吸收。
Objective To develop plant-derived natural UV absorbers for protection against UV damage. Methods The UV-Vis spectra of aqueous extracts and alcoholic extracts of Polygonatum odoratum and Onion were studied respectively. The spectra of Polygonatum odoratum and He-jiang bamboo were compared, And alcohol extraction, will be diluted 5 times the water extract and alcohol extract liquid, UV-Vis spectrum scanning. The 20g fresh onion aqueous extract and alcohol extract diluted 50 times for UV-visible spectrum. Results The aqueous extracts from Polygonatum yunnanensis in Heilongjiang and Hunan showed strong absorption at 290-400 nm. In the UVA region (290-320 nm), the absorption of Polygonatum yunnanensis in Heilongjiang was slightly lower than that in Polygonatum yunnanensis, ), Heilongjiang Polygonatum aqueous extract slightly better than Hunan Yuzhu. The absorption intensities of extracts from Yuzhu of Heilongjiang and Hunan were significantly different at 290-400 nm. There was a strong absorption of alcohol extracts from Yugan bamboo shoots in Hunan ultraviolet (290-320nm) and alcohol extract of Yugan bamboo in Heilongjiang was significantly weaker. Onion water extract only strong absorption at 358nm, onion alcohol extract at 290 ~ 400nm have strong absorption. Conclusion Yuzhu water extract on the long-wave UV absorption was significantly stronger than the alcohol extract. Onion alcohol extract in the long-wave ultraviolet region has broad-spectrum strong absorption.
