先前研究已证实 ,当以肌肉、鼻腔 ( IN)和皮下途径接种小鼠时 ,含免疫刺激物 Cp G基元的合成寡脱氧核苷酸 ( ODN)是有效的佐剂。为此作者以破伤风类毒素 ( TT)为模型抗原 ,比较了以直肠 ( IR)、IN和口服 3条途径接种 BALB/ c小鼠后 Cp G ODN诱导粘膜和全身体液免疫应答的能力。
Previous studies have demonstrated that synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) containing the immunostimulatory CpG motif are potent adjuvants when mice are inoculated intramuscularly, nasally (IN), and subcutaneously. In this study, we used tetanus toxoid (TT) as a model antigen and compared CpG ODN-induced mucosal and systemic humoral immune responses in BALB / c mice vaccinated with three routes of rectal (IR), IN and oral route.
