振动是金属切削加工过程中经常遇到的一种干扰了正常的切削过程的现象,也是影响零件加工质量和限制生产率提高的主要因素之一,还会缩短机床及刀具使用寿命,由振动产生的噪音甚至可能影响到操作者的工作情绪,对正常工作的开展带来一定的负面影响。为了减小或消除切削过程中产生的振动,本文通过试验观察和理论分析,汇集了可能导致切削振动发生的各种原因及影响因素,根据不同的振动类型进行了详细讨论,准确判断振动产生的原因及其影响因素,并采取相应措施加以控制。
Vibration is a phenomenon often encountered in metal cutting process that interferes with the normal cutting process.
